Itinerary
We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience. From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.
Day 1 : Marrakech – Imlil (1740m) – Tizi N’Tamatert (2279 m) – Tachdirte (2400m)
Meet our driver at your Hotel / Riad in the morning to transfer directly to Imlil (1700m) at the foot of Mount Toubkal, the starting point of our trip hiking in the High Atlas Toubkal. We begin our journey with a climb that leads to the Tizi N’Tamatert (2279 m). On the way, we enjoy beautiful landscapes typical Berber villages. We continue our walk to reach the village of Tachdirte where our camp will be seted up by our local crew 2400m. 1 hour Transfer, 5H walk.
Day 2 : Ouansekra (2291m) – Tizi n’Likemt (3550m) – Aazib N’Likmet (2250m)
After breakfast, we leave for 3 :30 to climb to Tizi n’Likemt (3550m), where we stop to admire the view over the valley and surrounding mountains Tachdirt. After a short descent, we stop for lunch, then continue for an hour before we reach our bivouac near Aazib n’Likemt, where we meet nomadic shepherds with their flocks (goats, sheep). Night at the camp.6H walk.
Day 3 : Aazib N’Likmet (2250m) – Amsouzarte (1740m)
A day of walking through the pastures of the high mountains to reach the Tizi Oarai (3109 m). The descent into the valley of Tinzar, stop to have our lunch and enjoy the architecture Berber village houses in the valley, and then we cross the ridge of the High Atlas to join the southern slopes of the Atlas. Night at the berber house. 5h30.
Day 4: Amsouzarte (1740m) – Imhilene – Lac Ifni (2295m)
We descend into the valley do Islani through villages and Ibrouane Tisgouane Takatert reach Lake Ifni (2295 m), which lies at the bottom of a valley surrounded by the peaks of Jebel Toubkal. We spend an awesome night at the lake. Camp.5 hours walking.
Day 5 : Lake Ifni (2295m) – Tizi Oumoums (3670m) – Neltner Refuge (3207m)
We start the day with a nice climb slowly to the neck Ouanoums (3670m). From the pass, we appreciate the view of the other peaks of 4000m, then descend down to the shelter, meeting place for hikers and nature. Night at the camp. 6h walk.
Day 6 : Neltner Refuge (3207m) – summit of Toubkal (4167m) – Imlil (1740m) – Marrakech
Early departure for the summit of Toubkal (4167 m), the roof of North Africa. We enjoyed the scenery on the other mountains and valleys around. Then the descent to the refuge for lunch, then we descend to the village of Chamharouch then until Imlil where we meet our car for transfer to Marrakech. 8 hours walking, 1 hour transfer.
